Due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards, we regret that it is not possible for us to accept returns of any of our products.

All our products are carefully handled and ensured that each shipment is thoroughly inspected before 

it leaves our premises.  It is extremely rare for customers to receive Angelform products that are damaged or defective.  However, if you receive a damaged/defective product(s), then we request 

you to contact us and we will sort it as quickly as possible.  All you need to do is either call us at

Returned products are inspected by our Quality Assurance Team and if there is any damage/defect to the product as a result of a manufacturing defect, we undertake to fully refund the cost of any damaged/defective products.

If the damage/defect in the product was caused by reasons other than materials quality or manufacturing the original product will be returned to you. 

Femina Products's exchange policy is simple and hassle-free. You need to exchange a product within 15 days from the date of delivery. Exchange of products will be at the discretion of Femina Products and will be governed by the terms and conditions set below:

  • Exchange is allowed only for limited pin codes.
  • Our delivery agent will deliver the new item and simultaneously pick up the original item from you.
  • The product must be in its original condition along with its tags, and packaging. 
  • Products that are sold as packs cannot be exchanged as individual items.
  • In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse exchange where it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled.
  • In case you have received a wrong product, we will arrange for a reverse pickup for the same and the product will be eligible for an exchange or refund depending on the customers consent. 
  • Any item purchased in the sale period is not eligible for exchange in the case where the correct product is shipped by us.
  • Gift cards items are non-exchangeable. 
  • Gift cards are non-returnable
  • Offer zone goods once sold will not be eligible for exchange.
  • In case the customer wants to exchange a product wherein the correct product was shipped by us, then the customer has to ship the product back to our warehouse and bear the courier charges for the same.

We do not accept exchange for the following:

  • Damaged by abuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, high heat, sharp object, etc.).
  • Damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose

We're not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake. If you want these returned to you, we may request that you cover the delivery cost.

Reverse Pickup

In most cases, we will have the product(s) picked up from your place within 48 hours of approval.

In case, Reverse Pickup is not available in your area, you may send us the product(s) through any authorized courier service. Your exact courier charges will be reimbursed with a ceiling of Rs.75/- in your account.


We will refund the purchase price of the relevant product(s) returned to us excluding delivery charges 

(if any). Refunds will be given in the same form as the payment for the original purchase.
